When I approach a possible future employer, a hard-working person, who has worked for everything they have, with a sticktoitiveness and positive outlook is what I would like to be viewed as whenever I meet with a potential employer. My strengths include making and building connections with just about anyone. I put others first and serving others is one of my top priorities. Another of my strengths is my drive and passion for success. I am also very goal-driven I have found this to coexist as a detriment. I have a difficult time going with the flow and don’t enjoy diverting from the original path. When I think of what sets me apart and my willingness to learn new things and give my all to whatever goals need to be achieved. I’ve found that upcoming generations entering the work field are lacking in this arena.
Wanted Ad
Thinking of a novel and creative situation in a work environment escaped me. Because of this, I have decided to talk vaguely about what I know I can accomplish in any situation that might occur. WHen there is a situation where I have an opportunity that could be unique or novel, I would present myself with confidence. Within the advertisement, I will share my approach to the situation. Although I would want to take control of the situation I am aware that there are those much more practiced with more experience that I can learn from. I will do the tasks asked of me and also fill in the missing gap by doing what needs to be done to lead everyone working to success. The strengths that I will bring are inclusivity, involving everyone, and finding their strength. I will bring a competitive attitude that places our team at the top. The best way to present myself is through using the tool of the internet. Taking full advantage of websites like LinkedIn. Becoming a walking advertisement and being and growing my strengths can also be the best way to be visible to prospective organizations. I think these ways will be the ways to present myself in a wanted ad.
