Blog Post #1

Welcome to my blog. Heres answers to some questions.

  • Why did you choose to go into Computer Science?
    • I chose to go into Computer Science because I wanted to shift to a career that reflects the future. I feel like the entire world has been going online, and I want to be part of the future of technology and work towards that goal and work in that environment.
  • Why did you choose the projects you did on the survey? What makes them interesting to you?
    • I think that AI and ChatGPT have changed the landscape of technology and in order to showcase that, why not show how we can build something from scratch to do it? I think it will be an exciting way to show the power of AI and documenting it will be very interesting project.
  • What do you hope to learn from your project?
    • I hope to learn how AI can change how we work and produce as software designers.
  • What do you hope to learn from the course?
    • I hope to work on a great project, learn how to function well in a team, communication and document everything on the way.
  • What type of person are you, in terms of a group dynamic?
    • Contributor, Collaborator, Communicator, Leader, Planner, …
      • I feel like I am a good communicator and planner. I can also excel as a contributor and collaborator, so it just depends what the team needs, and roles can change at any time depending on the situation.
  • Are you worried about working in groups? If so, what do you plan to do to make this experience better?
    • Not worried, usually the people who look for groups before the quarter starts are the ones who are the most active and ready to contribute from day one. We have already created a discord and will continue to communicate throughout the quarter.
  • Anything else. You choose.
    • I’m excited to end my last quarter on a high note, and I know that the future is looking bright!
