Self-Reflection

1. What am I good at?

I am good at being a good friend and am good at being there for the people in my life. I try to be the best I can everyday, even when it does not feel like I can be the best. I am good at learning from my mistakes and furthering myself. I am good at continuing to learn and growing everyday.

2. What do I value?

I value my friends and family that I have. My friends and family are the people in my life that make me feel happy and like I want to do everything for them because they mean the word to me. My friends and family are the biggest part of my life, so I value you them the most and they push me to continue going.

3. How did I get here?

I got here by pushing myself and learning what I want to do. I choose this degree at OSU because it was what felt like the best opportunity for me. It felt like what I needed to do and how to benefit myself. It took many years and a lot of self reflection to get where I am now, and I would never change it.

4. Where am I going?

I am going to live a fulfilling life. This will be by letting myself enjoy my career and future while not letting anything set me behind. I will lead my future so that my friends and family are proud of me and know that I pushed myself to do the best possible. I am going to make sure that I make myself proud and that I never settle for less.

    Hi Rebecca,
I like that you mentioned how you are in friendships and that you are always trying to better yourself, I am the same wya in that sense. I also really resonated with you mentioning how you are going to live a fulfilling life. I think that is such an important aspect of self-purpose. Knowing that you want each aspect of your life to be fulfilling is a really powerful thing. Great post!
