Critiquing a Recruitment Ad 

Overall I feel my brand is experience, as I have had the opportunity to work in event planning in different ways which can allow me to work with more customers. My first impression is that I am hardworking and when I love something I don’t give up on it. I am dedicated to whatever comes my way and making sure that the employers are happy. I am super outgoing and love to try new things and learn from others. My strongest strength is that I’m a quick learner and work well with others. My weakness is not being able to say no when I should at times. I work hard to not only enjoy my job but to help others around me make their lives easier.

If I were to create a wanted ad the first thing I would do is highlight the work I have done that has helped me fall in love with event planning. I think it is very important to show employers how passionate you are about something. I want to show that I don’t know everything had lots more to learn from others. When creating a title I think that is something that would come after creating the ad. I think an ad can be anything you want to show who you are. I love to explore new places and things and I’m not scared of change. When it comes to jobs there are a lot of times you have to move for a job and that can show how bad you want it. I want to make sure I show that moving is something I am willing to do. I am a very social person and can talk to just about anyone. I would want to show this by either photos or a video. I want to market myself as a good candidate with the willingness to grow and learn as we never know everything. I try to make it a goal to learn something new every day I am working with customers. The more we know the better we can become at our jobs. The overall goal for me would be to show my passion and love for being around people.
