Week four brought up important insights. I discovered that the defining part of the design process is much more stimulated. While the empathy stage is very important it is more redundant than the define stage. We had a great guest speaker who discussed personas. He worked marketing/advertising for Natural Grocers. While I took away the importance of personas and the research within the empathy stage, I also learned about the great deals!
