Additional Accessibility Notes
All conference presenters and moderators are asked to follow the conference’s accessibility guidelines. We will ask presenters to make conference papers and Powerpoints available for those who request them.
All speakers will use a microphone.
ASL interpretation will be provided during the “Healing the Symptoms” panel on 5/19 from 9:00am-10:30am. Additional interpretation services by request for reasonable accommodation.
We will have gender neutral restrooms available and marked.
All conference rooms are wheelchair accessible. You may view images of the event space in the OSU Memorial Union. The conference will be held in the MU Horizon Room and Lounges, which are accessible via the MU’s North entrance (across the MU Quad).
The Hilton Garden Inn is an approximately 15 minute walk (.7 miles) to the OSU Memorial Union. The path is wheelchair accessible, but is on an incline. The free Beaver Bus is available as an alternative means of transportation to the conference.
Lounge space will be available as resting areas.
Accessible parking is available near the Memorial Union. (Requires visitor permit; follow link for instructions.)
