The approval process for getting access to OUS data warehouses varies somewhat at each campus. Please contact your local Information Systems group to find out what steps and approvals are necessary.
At some campuses, the Information Systems group will take care of the bulk of the access approval process; at other campuses, once local approval is secured then you’ll need to take the last few steps on your own. In either case, access to OUS data warehouses is managed by the OUS Controller’s Division Banner Standards Management (BSM) team, and their user access policy is posted on the OUS website.
