If it looks as though Cognos isn’t working properly, or you have a question, please send an email to OUS Cognos Support.  Here are some suggestions for what to put in the email:

  • Your login name & phone number
  • Your campus or site
  • What are the symptoms?  (copy the error message, if possible)
  • Do others have the same issue?
  • Is this something new or has it stopped working?  How recently was it working?
  • What are you using to access Cognos? (operating system & browser type are especially important)

As Cognos use grows, support will be available at your local campus (refer to Campus-Specific Roles).
