Guess what? It’s capstone project time! It’s definitely strange to think that I’m starting my very last quarter of my computer science degree. I still feel like I just began this journey.
It’s been quite a program. During the last 2 years, our four kids didn’t stop growing and needing their parents, the bills didn’t stop coming in, and my employer didn’t pay me to not work. It has been both an exhausting and rewarding time as I’ve not only learned so many new skills, but also learned a great deal about managing and balancing life.
I couldn’t been more excited about this capstone project. I had a difficult time narrowing down my choices to the six choices I was allowed from the list of over a dozen projects I wanted to work on. In the end, I’m hoping to land on a team building out an adventure van configurator or a research project around developing using AI tools.
As I embark on this capstone journey I’ll be sharing updates, hurdles, victories, and probably a few “why-didn’t-I-think-of-that” moments on this blog. So stay tuned!
