If I had the opportunity to work internationally, I think Denmark would be an amazing spot to go. After doing some research I think it is important to be able to balance work with my life and Denmark is known to have high satisfaction rates which in my opinion affects the culture of the workplace. Another thing was how most of the benefits are very good in denmark(Depends on the job of course) but according to GP, “Denmark’s labor laws require that you provide several benefits for your employees” which after comparing with the United States, they are very good. Another thing that is big in Denmark is job security. This is extremely important for any career potential job, making sure you can settle but also room for growth and advancement. With Denmark’s labor market being very stable, it takes away that stress of any risk of losing what you have worked so hard for. Building your career is what the goal is and that long term employment seems achievable there. One thing that I learned about Denmark is that there isn’t really a sense of rank or hierarchy like how America is very known for this. Working as a team is more the workstyle in Denmark as for America it is more individual. I can see Denmark being a great work and life balance and I can see a lot of opportunities to have a great lifestyle.
