• Auditorium – East Elevation:
  • Finish installing vertical siding MWC
  • Installing beauty cap and flashing
• Auditorium – South Elevation:

• Finish installing vertical siding MWC
• Auditorium – North Elevation:
  • Installing flashings and trim
  • Installing backer rod and caulk *
  • Start installing glass and pressure bar *
  • Start installing insulation and horizontal cleat

• INTERIOR BUILDOUT
• Commons Wing – Rough-in Framing:
• Finish installing MEP and fire Protection in auditorium high ceiling
• Start MEP in Walls on 2^nd floor *
• Finish installing MEP in Soffit and wall above
• Start installing bathroom carriers *
• Start installing metal decking and  replace beams
• Start building soffit hard lid, duct, beam, and walls
• Start installing upper seating framing

• Mechanical & Back of House:
  • Finish installing panels/feeders in electric rooms
  • Continue to install all MEP in Mechanical spaces on the 1^st floor

• Lab Wing – Rough in Remaining First Floor:
• Finish installing Top Out
• Start top out finish *

• Lab Wing –  Level 2 Rough-in:
  • to install Hydronic piping in OTS Commons
  • Fire Protection in OTS commons
  • Continue to install Electrical in OTS Commons
  • Continue to install Plumbing in OTS Commons
  • Continue to install Duct Work in OTS Commons and Offices
  • Finishing all paint on 2^nd floor *

• Roof – West Penthouse ELEV Equip Room:
• Finish installing Elevator equipment *
• Installing Fire Protection *

• Roof – East Penthouse Stor, ELEV Lobby & Staging:
• Install Gyp *
• Start finishing Gyp *

• SITE IMPROVEMENTS
• Ramp:
  • Install rebar
  • Placing 2^nd half of Ramp slab
  • Begin Pouring ramp slab
  • Start installing trench drain
