  • Install hot rubber roofing (moved to Lab to strip in)
• Lab Wing Main Roof:
  • Continue installing hot fluid-applied rubber asphalt (tying to exterior walls)
• Penthouses:
  • Finish installing framing *
  • Start installing sheathing *
• Lab High Roof West:
  • Continue installing roof

• FRAMING SHEATING (2^nd & 3^rd Floor)
• Lab Wing – South Elevation:
  • Finish installing temp window protection (if needed)

• FRAMING SHEATING (1^st Floor)
  • Lab Wing – West Elevation:
• Finish installing window steel at head & sill, flashings, air & water barrier, and temp window protection (if needed)*
  • Lab Wing – East Elevation:
• Finish installing temp window protection (if needed) *
  • Lab Wing – South Elevation:
• Start installing exterior gyp
• Start installing air & water barrier, flashings, and window steel at head & sill

• Auditorium – North Elevation:
  • Continue installing steel studs

• WINDOWS & SIDING

  • Continue installing vertical wood cladding

  • Finish installing horizontal cleat
  • Installing flashings and trim
  • Start installing backer rod and caulk * and vertical wood cladding

  • Finish installing vertical Z girt
  • Continue installing windows

• Auditorium – South Elevation:
  • Start installing vertical Z girt

• INTERIOR BUILDOUT
• Mechanical & Back of House:
  • Start stuffing and spraying for STC’s **
  • Start tape and finish one side top out
• Lab Wing Level 2 – Rough-in:
  • Finish framing walls (starting at E/3 clockwise)
  • Continue installing MEP in Labs
  • Start installing gyp top out one side of walls at duct locations

• SITE IMPROVEMENTS
• Mechanical Enclosure M0101:
  • Finish forming sidewalks & steps and placing sidewalk and steps
• ODF&W Parking and Sidewalks:
  • Start forming sidewalks and mono curbs *
  • Importing rock & rough grade and excavating for Rain Garden #2
