On the Scale of Life Stress, I scored 44. Due to COVID-19, I didn’t go out much this year, nor did I encounter many stressful things, so my score was not very high. The Coping and stress management Skills test scores and the Type A personality Survey were 74 and 20, respectively, indicating that my interactions with others were characterized by warmth and tolerance rather than impatience and hostility. I trust my friends very much, and I am willing to share my current situation when I encounter problems instead of making friends with others for some benefit. When faced with stress, I tend to focus more on one problem, which is very useful in the face of multiple stressors. The report suggests that I need to take action to help me cope with stress better.

As for me, I am very dependent on the team, and I want to work in a group that suits me and has a good atmosphere, so for me, the organization can help me face the pressure very well. It is about the stress training for employees and whether someone can let me share my difficulties and help me get rid of the stress through others’ suggestions.
