In the cheesecake factory people say the workers and staff are very friendly with each other which promotes a positive work environment to provider quality food service. HR practices are demonstrated by its high diversity of works and not to discriminate against anyone by ethnicity, sex, or religion and are built on with extensive training to better collaborate with the team as a whole. HR also understands the life of others and provides a caring hand in support when it comes to making funds such as the HELP fund for eligible employees facing hardships, “The purpose of the fund is to provide grants to qualified staff members who have personally compelling financial needs due to damage or destruction of their housing, a death in the immediate family or basic needs caused by urgent and unexpected circumstances”(Help Fund Grants. What kind of Manager do I want to be?

I want to be the type of manager that is faced to face with a person and can give them hands on help when it comes to problems. I feel like when i comes to technology there is only so much that can be done over the phone or over email that I want to be involved in. Like ServiceNow a lot of their systems is online even for HR and I feel like for especially older workers it can vary if it’s useful to them. I want to be able to provide resources that help them in their roles and even outside of work. I like the cheesecake factories resources, and it makes it feel like a family. I also like the benefits of Delta in being able to provide quality healthcare and resources for single and multifamily households. I want to be an advocate to those in need and to be able to help them grow as a worker and a person.
