1. What am I good at?
I’m skilled at staying organized and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously, even in chaotic situations. I know how to communicate clearly and assertively, whether it’s in a professional setting or when advocating for myself. I’m also a natural leader—I can step into roles where I help coordinate others, and I genuinely enjoy bringing structure to a team. People often tell me I make them feel heard and supported, which I take a lot of pride in.
2. What do I value?
I value integrity and honesty, doing the right thing even when no one is watching. I also value growth, both in myself and in the people around me. I’m happiest when I’m working toward something meaningful, surrounded by people who challenge me and bring out my best. Connection, balance, and purpose really matter to me.
3. How did I get here?
I got here through a mix of hard work, support from others, and a lot of self-reflection. I’ve pushed myself to take on new opportunities even when they were uncomfortable, and I’ve tried to learn from every experience, both the wins and the setbacks. My background in psychology and business has helped me see people and systems more deeply, and I think that perspective continues to guide me.
4. Where am I going?
I don’t know the exact destination, but I know I’m building a future where I feel confident, fulfilled, and aligned with my values. I’m investing in my education and experience because I want to make a real impact—maybe in HR, maybe in leadership, maybe in a space I haven’t even considered yet. I’m learning to be okay with not having all the answers, as long as I keep moving forward with intention.
