We expect endorsement candidates to be honest and earnest in their attempts to communicate with their cooperating teacher(s), university field supervisor, and internship instructor. We start from the premise that everyone involved wants a successful internship experience, and that is the normal situation. However, when serious issues arise (for any of the concerned parties), it is important to deal with these quickly and respectfully.
