The ESOL Endorsement Program at OSU is established for teachers and teacher candidates to add the ESOL endorsement to their Oregon PK-12 teaching license. When you have successfully completed our program requirements, we will recommend you to Oregon’s Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) for the ESOL endorsement.
First, you will submit program completion information to the ESOL Endorsement Program Coordinator via Taskstream. Then, our Licensure and Placement Specialist will work with you on the necessary forms/processes for Oregon’s Teacher Standards and Practices Commission .
Oregon State University has a $100 licensure processing fee. If you are applying for the ESOL endorsement at the same time as preliminary licensure, you will only pay this OSU licensure processing fee once.
