OSU eProcurement System provider has a new name
On February 6, 2017, the CEO of SciQuest, the OSU eProcurement system provider, announced they have changed their company name to JAGGAER.
CEO Robert Bonavito announced,
“JAGGAER will continue to provide the solutions that have made us the number one choice in over 280 major Colleges and Universities. You’re part of the hundreds of companies that trust us with over 40 billion dollars in annual spend in our network of over 1.5 million global suppliers.”
Meet BennyBuy!
Our OSU eProcurement System has a name!
At the 2016 Training Days event, a voting box was posted at the main entrance, so that everyone could cast their vote to select the name of our eProcurement System. We received a lot of entries, including some write-in options, and the winner is BennyBuy!
Thank you to everyone who voted!
Please watch for upcoming Listening Sessions, where our project team will provide the campus community with updates on BennyBuy! At these listening sessions, we will provide an overview of the system and a live demo of how the system will work and an opportunity for you to provide your comments, questions and ideas to our project team.
Great Response to the OSU eProcurement is Coming! 2016 Training Days Presentation
Many thanks to everyone who joined us at the OSU eProcurement is Coming presentation at this year’s Training Days. We had 115 people registered for the session, and nearly 100 people attended. Participants were provided with an overview of the project and responses to the following questions:
- What is eProcurement?
- Why are we bringing eProcurement to OSU?
- Why did we select the system provider and the implementation consultant?
- What’s included in the OSU eProcurement System?
- How is the OSU eProcurement Project managed?
- Where can I find more information on the project?
- How can I get involved in the project?
Participants provided great feedback, including many ideas for developing our FAQ (coming soon to our website)
