When I present myself to employers the two things that I really want them to know about is my work ethic, I am going to show up and get the job done right no matter what it takes. I also want them to see my ability to communicate and talk to people, I think this is especially important in the business world. I would say these are also some of my biggest strengths and that is why I want them in my first impression. I am also big on responsibility and following through with commitments, punctuality and sales skills. Some things that I could work on include, being more flexible I like a structure and following that structure is important to me. What sets me apart from others is my ability to problem solve and come up with solutions to many different issues on the fly without slowing down. This information could be communicated to organizations through the means of a novel and creative situation wanted ad by telling a story of the times I have shown these specific traits in use in the real world. And to ensure that this information got the prospective organizations I would have to put myself out there and apply.
