For the first section of extraversion, I scored high meaning I am sociable, outgoing, energetic, and lively. It also says that I prefer to be around people. I think this part of the assessment is extremely accurate because I do genuinely enjoy spending time with other people and like meeting new people. The second section, agreeableness, said I scored high as well, meaning I’m pleasant, sympathetic, and cooperative. I scored very high for trust which means I assume that most people are fair, honest, and have good intentions. In the third section, conscientiousness, I scored average meaning I am reasonably reliable, organized, and self-controlled. I scored the highest in dutifulness. The next section, neuroticism, I scored average meaning my emotional reactivity is of the general population. The last section, openness to experience, I also scored average meaning I enjoy tradition but am willing to try new things. After taking this personality test, I think possible employers could use this information to address and exploit my strengths and weaknesses. I feel that organizations can use this information to effectively put together teams as well as use the strengths of their employees to their advantages while also working to fix their weaknesses. By looking at my scores in the extraversion section I feel that my employer would be able to see that I could work well with other people and build connections while also having the potential to do well in a sales position. I also feel that my scores in agreeableness would show that I would work well with others and in teams. I feel that these two qualities are some of my strongest traits and will be useful in whichever organization I work for. Seeing that I scored average in conscientiousness means that I would be reliable, organized, and self-controlled which could be useful in many situations. When looking at my weaknesses I feel that my employers could look at my scores for neuroticism and what I got for anxiety and vulnerability and see that stressful situations often force me to feel overwhelmed. Although I get overwhelmed I can work through it and still perform but knowing that about an employee could be important because you could find ways to make it easier/ find ways to cope. Lastly, I feel that my high scores in trust could be a weakness because I often think people have good intentions regardless of the situation and that could be perceived as gullible or put me in situations that I have trusted the wrong person. Overall, I feel that personality tests are very valuable
