Join Student Leadership & Involvement and the Center for Civic Engagement in participating in this year’s Make A Difference Day, on Saturday, October 24th.
There will be five different service projects to choose from, with times ranging from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Projects include working with Corvallis Parks and Recreation, Habitat for Humanity Restore, Starker Arts Garden for Education, Boys and Girls Club of Corvallis, and Smoke-Free Campus. Details about the projects can be found here.
Make A Difference Day is the largest national day of service and draws in thousands of people across the country helping to improve their communities. Not only is participating a great way to help out, but it’s also a great opportunity to build connections with others at OSU! Bond, learn, serve!
