Critiquing a recruitment ad

Firstly, I would say my brand is best characterized as charismatic and hardworking. When it comes to work especially, I try to present myself in the best way possible to let potential employers know who they are going to be hiring and why I am a worthy investment. Because of my personality, I tend to always but my best foot forward and keep a positive outlook on life in general which helps with my overall mood, which employers pick up on. Also, the work experience on my resume and my dedication to companies I’ve previously worked for shows what kind of employee I am. Something that separates me from other people is probably my ability to retain connections and remember names/ or at least the faces of people I meet, in case there’s a time I run into them again or have sort of other interaction. Retaining connections is something my dad always preached to me growing up and in turn I always admired how many people it felt like he knew. Now looking at where I am today, I’ve followed in his footsteps and retained many of the connections socially that I’ve made thus far. I think a creative way this could be communicated would be a commercial or something involving me walking through a public place and being able to pull the names of many faces I see, and having quality/ productive conversations with them as if I’d known them forever.
