Most recently a clinical instructor in soft tissue and oncologic surgery at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, N.C., Milan Milovančev, DVM, DACVS, has newly arrived at the CVM as an assistant professor. Prior to working in North Carolina, he spent five years in Madison Wis. He received his DVM at the University of Minnesota in 2003.
Dr. Milovančev is providing clinical service and teaching, giving formal lectures/labs and advancing the science of veterinary medicine via research.
During his spare time, he enjoys cycling, trail running, hiking and backpacking. Braedon, his 5-year-old Labrador mix, is a great trail running partner.
