Be a Community Ambassador!
The Bay Area Chamber of Commerce Tourism Committee and Oregon’s Adventure Coast have teamed up to sponsor a new program to reward local employees that interact with visitors.
$10 gift cards are being given to the first 100 people to sign up and participate in the program by doing a one hour online program about local visitor information & customer service best practices, i.e. where to shop, eat, sleep and play depending on the visitor interests.
Secret shoppers will then reward participants should they receive good service with a $50 gift card.
Two in person social events will host participants to meet for fun and increase knowledge of the area, including local trivia contest with prizes. Details to be announced through email to participants at the end of March. Tentative plans are for the social event trivia contests to be April 11 and May 2, 6pm -7:30pm.
