Self-Reflection

1. What am I good at?

I consider my greatest strength to be my ability to read people and cooperate with others. No matter what kind of work I do, I can play a very good supporting role. What’s more, my observation of others and situations can help me make adjustments to the situation more quickly and win the favor of my leaders and colleagues.

2. What do I value?

The most important thing for me is to learn practical knowledge and skills on the job and to gain them every day. In my opinion, salary is not the main driving force for a job, but the ability to improve in the job is the most important. If it’s something I enjoy and I can learn something, I don’t mind doing something tedious.

3. How did I get here?

Every decision I’ve made so far has been a true choice from my heart. There may have been hard parts, but I’ve never regretted it. I think first of all, it is my talent and ability that make me choose my current major and school. And because of this choice, I will engage in related work in the future. It is also possible that I will take a different path in the future because of one decision.

4. Where am I going?

If according to my current ability and professional development direction, I can choose an investment bank job according to my will in the future. I think with my current ability, I can successfully apply for the probability is very high after graduation. Of course, my lack of initiative and leadership will have a negative impact on my future choices. Therefore, I need to work hard to make up for my weaknesses in the following study period.
