Summer 2023 will be a busy season for construction on the Corvallis campus with more than 15 new projects kicking off before August and another dozen already in progress. There are several projects which began in 2022 and the first half of 2023 which will continue to be active over the summer, such as the Washington Way Improvement Project, Completing Reser Stadium, LaSells Stewart Center Mechanical and Roof Renewal, Graf Hall Renovation, Whyte Track & Field Center Grandstands, Cordley Hall Renewal (east wing), the Upper Division Undergraduate & Graduate Student Housing, the Patricia Valian Reser Center for the Creative Arts (now called PRAx), Pride Center Renovation, Milam Hall Roof, the Sports Complex West Parking Lot Renewal and the West Greenhouse Improvement Project.
