So far the journey has been enjoyable! We meet every week, the team is cool, the sponsor is helpful, and there is so much learning!
We are meeting via Zoom, but operating in our ‘sprints’ using Trello with a dashboard of tasks that are divided up. Of course our main default is still the Discord where we share resources and send regular messages. I think that Trello has helped us to divide the work, Discord communication has worked and Zoom meetings are now recorded so we can even look back on it later. So, I would say that everything is running smoothly.
We are committing some code about once a week. This seems reasonable so far. We are working on individual features for our neural network and will pool them together once finished.
I think that we are still on track to succeed.
So far, I have learned more about Bitcoin in these past few weeks than I knew in years …
