Ingredients:
1 package ramen, 1 whole egg (hard boiled), 2 kale leaves, Green onion chopped (optional)
Instructions:
- Get kale ready. Wash kale by swishing in water. Remove the tough center rib from the kale leaves. Tear or chop the kale into bite sized pieces.

- In a pot, boil 2 cups water. Add ramen noodles and sauce packets. Break up noodles a little. Add kale pieces. Cook till noodles are soft.
- Top with slices of boiled egg and green onions if using. Enjoy.
