1. What am I good at?
I am good at organization and facilitating within group projects. This ensure that the group is functioning well and that everyone is able to collaborate to their fullest extent. Furthermore, I am good at leading and am not afraid to share my ideas. This would be helpful in settings where creativity is needed, fostering innovation.
2. What do I value?
I value communication, as I believe that this is one of the largest areas where mistake can happen. When individuals within a team or relationship do not communicate, there will be misunderstandings that will harm the harmony of a group. Due to this, I believe that empathy and compassion will go a long way for anyone.
3. How did I get here?
My family communicates and always finds time to hangout and explore new places to eat. This ensures that we will have down time to share what is new with our lives and stay connected. I can see the benefits of this, and I truly enjoy how close we all are still and the connections I still have with my little brother. I want to maintain these types of relationships.
4. Where am I going?
I would like to utilize these skills in my role time roles in the future. I think every organization needs communication as well as compassion, which would foster and maintain the trusting relationships that are being built there. In turn, this would lead to higher work performance, as the organization trusts each other.
