Members of Adelante en Acción promote educational justice for underrepresented students. Members apply leadership skills learned through the Adelante Leadership Program, and work together to support and empower undeserved students. Helping Latino students understand pathways to college is especially important to us, and we offer bilingual tours and student panels through the Campus Field Trip program.  We reach out to rural communities through the Beaver Hangouts Program, which connects A.e.A students to K-12 classrooms across Oregon.
