I have come a long way in the past few years. I have had to look within myself to make decisions that will move my and my family’s life forward. This website is a project for LEAD 542, however it has been a key motivating factor to take more action. By focusing on networking, mentoring, EI, and motivation to name a few, I’ve been seeing a bigger picture and taken steps today to help both my career and personal life.

For the past 8 years I’ve been happy as a Staff Development Trainer, and I still do love this job. However, I do want to have my girl’s see the world and hopefully live in a bit more comfort. To do this, I think the best course of action is to go into the Foreign Service, so that my family can have the same opportunities and insight as I had.

I’m a father, a husband, and a Staff Development Trainer at a small Credit Union (among many other things). I love my life and my job where I get to creativity help others learn and retain more information.
