Sponsorships

Sponsorships

If you or your business is interested in sponsorship opportunities, such as hosting an art exhibit, poster session, or break, please review the sponsorship levels below. To reserve your sponsorship, email the completed “Phish Studies Sponsorship” form to Dr. Stephanie Jenkins (stephanie.jenkins@oregonstate.edu). Sponsorships are not tax-deductible.

Tax-Deductible Donations

If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation to support the event, you may do so via the OSU Foundation’s website. The form is prepopulated with the information necessary for our staff to process and earmark your donation for the Phish Studies conference.

Exhibition Fair

If you are a business or artist and would like to participate in the Conference Exhibition Fair, please visit the “Exhibition Hall Information for Vendors” page.

Sponsorship Levels

$7,500: “Icculus” level

  • Recognition as a premier sponsor in the forthcoming Phish Studies book (selected and revised conference proceedings), video archive of conference presentations, podium announcement, “Philosophy School of Phish” social media accounts, and public areas
  • Opportunity to sponsor a special event (g. Art Reception, Dinner, Exhibition Fair, Poster Session)
  • Premier signage and table-top message at selected special event (sponsor supply)
  • Premier logo placement and recognition on the conference website
  • Five (5) complimentary registrations
  • Complimentary exhibition table (limited space)

 $5,000: “Dinner and a Movie” level

  • Opportunity to sponsor We’ve Got It Simple “sneak peek” screening
  • Recognition as a premier sponsor in podium announcement, “Philosophy School of Phish” social media accounts, and public areas
  • Signage at break (e.g. “This break brought to you by…”)
  • Premier logo placement and recognition on the conference website
  • Four (4) complimentary registrations
  • Complimentary exhibition table (limited space)

$2,500: “Walls of the Cave” level

  • Opportunity to sponsor Below the Moss Forgotten exhibit opening reception
  • Logo placement and recognition on the conference website
  • Three (3) complimentary registrations

$1,250: “Fluffhead” level

  • Opportunity to host a panel session or break
