The OSU-Cascades Faculty Learning Community was created to welcome new faculty to our campus, foster inclusivity, and promote faculty excellence. A faculty learning community is a small, peer-led group of faculty who engage in an active, collaborative, year-long program that provides encouragement, support, and reflection.
