Google Inc. was found as a privately held company on September 9th, 1998. They became the public technology company on August 19th, 2004. Google Inc. is a big company with a more hieratic organization. Google’s organizational culture is not typical because they have different effects. They have open, innovative, smart with emphasis on excellence, and so on. Mostly, in Google Inc., employees work in groups or teams. Employees mutual cooperate with each other. Employees love the environment of the work place. They have the rights to present their voice. Google Inc. has modular data centers cross the USA, one in Ireland, one in Belgium, one in Singapore and one on Taiwan. Till now, Google has already set up more than 70 offices in more than 40 countries/regions in the world. Almost those offices are located in big cities which have high cost of living. The environment that employees work in is democratic. Because the offices are located in big cites, the traffic situations are convenient.

It is so good for graduate student because of we can find extra chooses to match our major.
