When I was applying for graduate school after graduating from university, I was looking for a job related to design in China. If the job satisfied me, I could put it on hold for re-entering school for a graduate degree. However, things backfired. During my internship, the company did not give due subsidies and salary. Not even willing to pay compensation during the internship. After I negotiated with the supervisor, we discussed the salary after becoming a regular employee. The supervisor and the company are only willing to pay compensation lower than fresh graduates, and I need to complete the workload several times that of other employees. These tasks are also very stylized, equivalent to repeatedly completing the same work. This is something I cannot do. Of course, the salary is also unacceptable to me. This kind of salary and workload is not my goal for the next few years or forever. Such work is worthless and a waste of time for me. The most important thing in my work is the salary, but I want something other than such a job. I’m delighted that I didn’t take the job or that it came out on time because I wanted a higher salary. So I accepted admission to OSU and started studying for my MBA degree.
