ORIENTATION AND TRAINING"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A consistent orientation for all employees and volunteers prepares them to make appropriate decisions and take appropriate actions in their role.\u00a0 Whether the program is on or off campus, all volunteers and staff who work with youth must have adequate training to perform their duties.\u00a0 The recommended minimum is at least two (2) hours of training.
