also report internally via OSU&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/oregonstate2-gme-advocate.symplicity.com\/public_report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">Public Incident Reporting Form<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>threat of serious harm to self or others<\/strong>, and anything with potential to escalate and require intervention by emergency services or law enforcement (e.g., missing child, safety concerns).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Report to:&nbsp;<\/strong>9-1-1 if emergency; on-campus non-emergency to Department of Public Safety Dispatch (541-737-3010)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A known or suspected <strong>felony-level criminal offense<\/strong> or&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/clery.oregonstate.edu\/clery-definitions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">Clery Act Crime<\/a>&nbsp;committed at a program site or university sponsored activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Report to:&nbsp;<\/strong>9-1-1 if emergency;
