What I am good at is observing what other people need and stepping in to help, especially when it comes to organizing or problem-solving. I communicate well when I feel confident and prepared. I am usually detail-oriented, and it helps me with both school and work. I tend to stay calm under pressure, and that can make me a dependable person in stressful situations. Lately, I have been trying to trust these strengths more and speak up when I know I can help.
I value fairness, kindness, and growth. I care about making people feel like they belong, especially in places where they might feel overlooked. I value hard work and perseverance. I like seeing people push through challenges.
I got here by staying focused, even when I felt out of place or unsure of myself. I was taught the importance of hard work and humility. These values helped me through college and job experiences. I made progress by taking opportunities that didn’t seem possible, like stepping into leadership roles in college or putting myself out there in new environments. I had support along the way, but also worked to get where I am.
I am working toward a career where I can use my analytical and people skills, probably in Human Resources or Business Analytics. I want to build a life where I feel fulfilled both professionally and personally, also where I can make a difference in how people experience work and opportunity. I am still trying to figure out the exact path, but I know what direction I want to go in. Slowly, I am learning more about what I want and how to get there.
