I value teamwork, fairness, and work-life balance, and I believe in creating environments where everyone can do their best work. While I might seem quiet at first, I bring a steady, reliable presence to workspaces that I enter.

Hi Yazeli!
I really liked the connection you made between HR and adaptability. I think this is one of the most fundamental parts of HR with the amount of turnover and unexpected circumstances that could occur. Your comment about being a connecting piece between strategy, people, and performance was clever and a great way to summarize what you would bring to the table!
Hi Yazeli,
Reading your ad was impressive, you turned a weakness into a strength, and clearly articulated your value and what you are looking for. Not only that, but the way in which you led the reader to the assumptive close of you being a good fit for roles in your field was great. You kept it concise, and I think that is a very important aspect in these ads. I think of these ads relative to a resume, where recruiters only spend mere seconds scanning. Based on this view, I think it could be beneficial that you insert some bullet points, making the read slightly more viewable from a scanning perspective. Content was solid, that is just my small thought! Great work, and this is very strong and grounded.
Hey Yazeli!
As an aspiring HR professional myself, your branding definitely carries a solid weight! Those are all fantastic qualities to bring to a work place! Having the flexibility to be a jack-of-all-trades, so to speak, is a valuable asset any employer would love to have! I also love how you mention you are always ready to learn. As someone who is in Learning and Development, having the right mindset to receive new information is the first hurdle most have difficulty overcoming.
In your Situation Wanted ad, I LOVED how you highlighted different functions you excel at, all while setting the stage for the kind of organization you wanted to be associated with. Very impactful, and from a recruiters perspective, you would have captured my attention for sure! Great post 🙂
