Group project is inevitable in  OSU Computer Science Postbaccalaureate program.  Your group members can make this experience  a blessing or a curse. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have work in group projects, you probably have meet at least of of these students  in group projects if not all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>The Procrastinator<\/strong>: Waiting for the last minute to finish the task. <\/li><li><strong>The Silent Student<\/strong>: Have no idea what&#8217;s going and only does bare minimum<\/li><li><strong>The Invisible Student<\/strong>: disappear after the meeting and only show up the day before the project is due.<\/li><li><strong>The Over-Promise &amp; Under-Deliver:<\/strong> Promise to do x, y, z, but has no time to do it. <\/li><li><strong>The Control Freak<\/strong>: Wants to control every single aspects of the control and don&#8217;t believe you are capable of doing your own work. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>One way to increase your chance of finding good team members is to look for them before the start of class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> This is my last group project at OSU. I was fortunate to find two groups members that I have work well before. I&#8217;m looking forward to finish my journey at OSU.
