Description of Tools/Processes used:

For this project I used the excel spreadsheet. In my experience, this is the easiest way to do this project. I took some class which related to my major, so I can use this tool easily. I just need to set a table and type all information I need in. Excel can also do the calculation for me. So I do not need to use a calculator.

After the table and data were set up I just need to copy and paste the two table into a word document. In addition, I save the two tables as picture, then use on WordPress.

Personal Principles, Policies, and Intentions for Future Use of Financial Technology:

I usually do not have a budget plan. So I can easily over spend my money. However, I think excel is very handy for doing this. I rather like to use computer to do this instead of using hand writing. I think that the hand writing can be quickly done but it is not good at long time store. Excel is a digit document, so it can be store for a long time. In addition, it can be upload to any cloud server, and I can access anywhere I want on my mobile device, so it is easy to carry with.
