I realize it&#8217;s very hard to change my eating habit at the first stage and my body feels extremely tired and of course hungry when I have a limited amount of food. It makes me think that there might be a quite close relationship between diet and time management. I found they are quite similar. I&#8217;ll list some similarities I&#8217;ve found between diet and time management. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>healthy food vs efficienct  and useful skill learning <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Having healthy food makes our body fulfilled with different kinds of nutrition and makes us healthy and energetic. It is just like in our daily lives, we use the time to learn a useful skill, or do some meaningful things which help others. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. rice and noodles vs daily work<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I know many people limit their carbohydrates but for me, it is important to have some to make me feel full.  It&#8217;s kind of similar to my daily work which I have to take and makes me feel enriched.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. snack vs hobby<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>healthy snake such as fruit and nuts just like the things we like to do during leisure time. For example, watching films, painting, listening to music, reading, etc. It&#8217;s yummy and makes us happy and relaxed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. junk food vs browsing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Junk food is not good for the health, but it does help a bit when people feel stressed and tired.  Just like browsing the webpage for hours for not useful news or messages, It&#8217;s kind of time-consuming, however, it does help to relax after a long journey. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recently I&#8217;m on a diet.
