Dr. Kerschbaum&#8217;s research focuses on disability, diversity, narrative, and writing pedagogy. Below is the schedule of WIC&#8217;s winter events with Dr. Kerschbaum, all of which will be held remotely via Zoom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Talk: &#8220;Signs of Disability: Challenging Dis-attention through Narrative&#8221;<\/strong> on Tuesday, January 17 from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Workshop on disability and the teaching of writing<\/strong> on Thursday, January 19 from 9:00 am to 10:30 am<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Two virtual tea times<\/strong> for faculty on Wednesday, January 18 from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm and on Thursday, January 19 from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Registration information will be announced soon on the <a href=\"https:\/\/wic.oregonstate.edu\/\">WIC website<\/a> and distributed through the WIC faculty <a href=\"https:\/\/lists.oregonstate.edu\/mailman\/listinfo\/wic-news-events\">listserv<\/a>. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This year&#8217;s winter speaker will be Dr. Stephanie Kerschbaum, Associate Professor at the University of Washington.
