The primary audience for this project will be

• Women in STEM career paths
• Women who have chosen STEM majors in college (18-24 year olds)
• STEM faculty and program coordinators in colleges and universities

While this program can be extended to any place in the world, the first phase of this project will only be targeted to colleges in USA. I estimate the audience to be roughly in the hundreds of thousands.
