I tend to think of myself who is generally happy, easy going, and easy to get along with. After taking the “Take a Life Stress Inventory”, “Coping and Stress Management Skills Test” and the “Type A Personality Survey” quizzes I found that I may not be the easy-going, relaxed person that I think I am.
The several quizzes all revealed the same information, and the information was that I am typically stressed out and wound up about things that should not matter as much as they really do. These quizzes claim that my actions and behavior can be sporadic and usually unnecessary. The quizzes show that the behaviors that I am prone to are not particularly good for my physical health, even though these behaviors are psychological.
My quizzes told me that I am a person that is typically stressed out (which I was well aware of) and that my behaviors of lashing out at people who do not deserve to be lashed out at is very bad for relationships with spouses, close friends, and family members. My test results also told me that these high-strung stress behaviors are also a sure sign of heart disease which is not great.
All in all, it turns out that the behavior of being competitive and wanting success just leads to being stressed out all of the time. Moving forward I think that I will work on being a little more laid back and carefree to try and preserve both my relationships and my physical health.
