We worked through the early stages without too much trouble, figuring out our roles and getting a sense of how we\u2019d approach the project together. It\u2019s been a good learning experience, especially with the different skills and perspectives everyone brings to the table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That said, as Thanksgiving approached, things definitely slowed down. The team\u2019s communication dropped off, and there were some unclear expectations about who was doing what, which made the final stages a bit more difficult than they needed to be. It wasn\u2019t a huge setback, but it definitely highlighted some areas where we need to improve.
