The Journey of My Senior Project

As I reflect on my senior project so far, I can’t help but feel grateful for the amazing team I’ve had the chance to work with. We’ve met weekly, and our communication has been excellent, making it clear that we’re all on the same page and invested in the success of the project. While we haven’t dove deep into the coding just yet, I’m confident that when we do, we’ll really hit the ground running. The way we’ve collaborated—focused, organized, and supportive—has me excited for what’s ahead. It’s been clear from the start that we all bring something valuable to the table, and I’m eager to see how we’ll pull everything together in the next phase.

On a personal level, this project has also coincided with some important growth in how I manage stress. Recently, therapy has taught me a powerful tool called “passing along the frame.” Essentially, it’s about embracing moments of discomfort or awkwardness without trying to immediately react to them. By letting the situation sit and allowing myself to be neutral, I can reclaim control over how I respond—ultimately defusing stress and empowering myself. This shift in mindset has been a game-changer not only in my personal life but also in how I approach challenges within the project. It’s comforting to know that I can handle the unpredictable moments with a calm and clear mind, and I feel more prepared for whatever comes next.
