In my personal opinion, I believe that every person has a right to choose and nobody has the right to discriminate against their decision. Imagine if I ordered a chai tea latte and I was let go by a company because the manager preferred vanilla lattes and only wanted to work with people who ordered vanilla lattes. This is absurd. I am not expecting anyone else to drink my chai. Anyone can ask about it and I would be willing to talk about it, but your opinion is just that, an opinion. We all sip our own tea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This would indeed influence my decision to support the company in addition to whether or not I would apply to this company. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I do recognize that it can be a tough situation because some companies may have the best intention, but some employees make it rotten and taint the entire company. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If I had to seriously consider working for the company I would do some heavy research to see if it is a bad apple or a bad tree. If, upon my research, I find that it is a bad apple, I would consider applying.
