It is almost halfway for the Online Capstone Project. Overall, the course is great but with something for improvement!
Strength:
- Excellent communication between TAs and group members. The assignment for the Progress Report aims to know the actual progress for each team, forcing every team member to have weekly contribution towards the final product!
- I also love the discussion with the use of AI, it is the trend nowadays! From the discussion, I heard more about the possibilities to use of AI technologies in different fields, with their opportunities and limitations.
- The project gives a high degree of autonomy, we can choose what technologies we will use, as well as what development tools.
Weakness:
- There is not much solid input from the course materials. As most of the projects are app-related, there may be some teaching materials covering different technologies in making mobile applications as fast-tracker.
Opportunities:
- As mentioned in Weakness, having some solid output from the course materials is great!
Threats:
- Ummm, maybe the problem of having some teammates if they are not very cooperative. I don’t have this problem, but having a good team is a key to succeed in this course.
