I think I’m a little overloaded this term, this is the first time I’ve taken 6 classes in one term. I have to say that I was really stressed out during the first period. Because I had a lot of homework in every class and also needed to review for midterm exams. This put me in a daily panic about homework and grades, so I have come up with some ways to deal with the stress. First, you need to list your assignments for the last week and organize them in a table according to their difficulty, so that you can prioritize them according to their difficulty and time up to order. After I used this method, I was able to allocate my time better so that I could finish each assignment ahead of time and have free time to check the requirements of the assignment. This has taken a lot of the mental burden off of me and has made me less afraid of taking a lot of points off of my completed assignments.
The second way is to seek the assistance of friends. As we all know, humans as a herd animal, I think studying with friends is a very important thing to do. By communicating with my friends or fellow classmates can make me more relaxed and more mentally prepared for the upcoming assignments. I actually think exercise would also help a lot, but this term I don’t think I have so much time for me to exercise. I can only do something else to relieve a little of the stress that studying and grades bring me.
I know I will face more stresses in my future life, and I hope I can face them better.
